b: Who is the owner, and where is he located??

And what is the actual, physical location of the company?

c: How can I contact ’em?

I’m especially looking for an email address and a phone number

How do I get paid?

a: How MUCH do I get paid?

b: HOW do I get paid?

c: Exactly WHEN do I get paid?

This is the BIG one!

d: What is the “threshold commission?”

What this means is this: is there a minimum payable commission due you before you get paid?

e: Do I have to submit a “request” to get paid?
