Odd “tree bark” tea fortifying my immune system

If you’re anything like me, you might be paranoid about getting sick right now.

Sleep

The research backs up the immune connection with sleep as well,

Carnegie Mellon University researchers assessed the quality and quantity of people’s sleep at the time a cold virus was going around.

They found that those who were sleeping less or not as well were 3X more likely to get sick.

Even 15 additional minutes of sleep helped improve immunity.

Crazy, right?

Now, there’s a lot you can do to improve what they call your “sleep hygiene.”

And these things make you fall asleep faster and sleep deeper.

What I find works best for me is a cup of specially formulated tea before bed.

Here’s my “secret recipe”…

Magnolia Bark
Cinnamon Bark
Chamomile
Cardamom
Turmeric
Ginger Root
Ashwagandha Root

Just steep those in hot water for 5 minutes. You can get them at most health food stores. (if they are open and you are allowed to venture out)

That’s the hard way though.

Or you can do it the easy way…

You can do like me and “cheat” by using this done-for-you bedtime tea that tastes delicious and practically knocks you out before your head hits the pillow. 😉
