Brian David Hill was wrongfully convicted, and has even written a book titled “The Frame Up of Journalist Brian D. Hill”, available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Brian had also filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Attorney Office, proving them to be in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 1519 (Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy), 18 U.S. Code § 1622 (Subornation of perjury), and may have committed other felony-level crimes against Brian David Hill and his entire family.
