Where do homeless people hang out?
Lately I don’t even know, but back in the day
I used to hang out at the library.

The library was always warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
The library also had free internet.

I don’t want to tell you all of the struggles of being homeless, but I can tell you that having one hour a day (time limit on a computer at library)
plus access to the right system made all the difference.

And it has been working for years (you probably ignored it)
