Until one day I got to talk to a truly successful marketer and he told me “his” secret.. Sell something that you can collect on over and over.

I thought about this a lot and it made perfect sense. Look at big companies like the phone company, the cable company and any company that charges monthly for a subscription or service. They really don’t make much money on 1 sale but rather make a small amount of money each month.

So they sell a subscription the first month. They don’t have to resell that same subscription to that same person the second month. This frees them up to sell to the second person a new subscription and doing so essentially doubles their profit in the second month

Rinse and repeat.
