Start by using Google Trends to find a trending topic in
your niche. Collect data related to the trend and then hire
a graphic designer from a freelance site like Elance or
Odesk. Give the data to the designer and have an
infographic created. Make sure that your link is displayed
in the infographic. Then promote it using Guestographics.

High-quality content is another way to get backlinks. Look
for content in your niche that is performing well. You
specifically want to focus on content that is generating a
lot of backlinks. Then, create content that is more
complete, engaging and entertaining than the content that
you found.

Your goal is to blow that content out of the water. Then
reach out to the people who linked to the other content and
see if they’ll give backlinks to your newer, better
content.

You can use blog aggregators to expand the reach of your

will be listed in the directory along with a backlink.

Generate backlinks with super-long lists. People really
love to link to crazy long lists of helpful information.
Think, “100 ways to beat a winter cold,” or “110 ways to
get backlinks.”

Look for a topic in your niche where a long list would add
value. To make the list manageable, break it down into
sub-topics. For example, a list about back-linking could be
divided into sub-categories like social media, article
directories, or document sharing. Create your list and
publish it, make sure you include a link to your site at
the end of your list.
