We’re almost there…
The BIG news breaking overnight, another investor added £1.5million to the fundraising which means we are now over 60% of the way to reaching the target. Phil Reid, the chairman, is still 100% confident we will reach the target before next Saturday. He said in a webinar earlier this month “I am confident, because I know where the money is coming from”.
Even better, if the upper target of £8million is reached (which could happen anytime, even in the next few hours) then that’s it, the fundraising is closed and no-one else will be able to invest or get shares in this amazing project. So if you’re still thinking about getting involved but haven’t made your pledge yet, then don’t put it off any longer. There is a genuine possibility that even waiting a day or two now could mean you’re too late.
So what’s in it for you?
According to the legal documents filed there is a possibility to make well over 100 fold return on your investment, potentially, within the next 36 months. This is genuinely a once in a lifetime opportunity.
What do you need do to yo be involved?
So, if you fancy getting your share of the £multi-billions of gold that could be recovered over the next few months and beyond, then here’s what you need to do:
1) Register for a free account with the ABC below
2) Login to your ABC back office and click on “information” and “crowd funding” which will take you to the AngelEQT section.
3) Click on “investment opportunities” and “more information” on the Britannia’s Gold page. Then click on “Engage to fund” and confirm the details and click “submit”.
4) Click on “pledge” and confirm how much you wish to invest. There are a maximum of 9,000 shares of which almost 3,000 have already been taken. Once the fundraising closes next Saturday, there will no more chances to invest in this project
5) Once you have made your pledge, there is nothing else you need to do. After Sept 30th you will receive an email confirming the details of your pledge and you will have until 14th October to get the funds transferred.
6) Sit back and wait for the potentially huge regular dividends to be paid to you over the coming months and years and years.
Now on a sidenote about other fantastic news this week for ABC members
One of the companies we members have a major stake in, SmartTradeApp, have confirmed the deal with the UK’s second biggest bank, Barclays, and this has lead to a revaluation of the business.
The valuation of SmartTradeApp has now been placed at £15m. This is a 100% increase on the previous valuation. i.e. the value of all our shares has just risen by 100% in an instant. This is still just the beginning and the future for SmartTradeApp looks incredibly positive as they are now aiming for a flotation on the London Stock Exchange sometime in the next 9 months. The valuation they will be aiming for there will be in the region of £50m.
However, they are also in discussions with ANOTHER major bank which could push this a lot higher.
This is purely me speculating here, so this is not an income project or anything like that, but if they reached a valuation of say £70million next year, we would have seen a 1,000% return on our “shares.”
This yet again proves the tremendous value of being a member of the The Club.
